The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team supporting the Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program for our intelligence community client. As a key player in our organization's technical transformation, you'll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge technology across multiple operating locations. Your expertise will drive the development, implementation, and operation of new and enhanced services, focusing on continual improvement through tech modernization in LANs, WANs, unified communications, video telecommunications, and streaming services. Responsibilities:
As a Tier 3 NOC Network Engineer, you will:
• Lead complex network implementations, installations, and technical refresh projects
• Coordinate with NOC and operational staff to resolve challenging support issues
• Spearhead platform upgrades and develop technical resolution reports for critical outages
• Manage and optimize network performance, including capacity planning and IP address allocation
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network operations
• Perform system patching, including IAVA patches and IOS/software upgrades
• Troubleshoot network failures and accessibility problems
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Network team
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions
• Configure and manage network monitoring systems
• Develop and test network designs to meet customer requirements efficiently
• Lead research and testing of new hardware/software products
• Support disaster recovery planning and testing in lab environments
• Travel to other sites for network engineering and administration activities (up to 25% CONUS travel)
Qualifications:
Required:
• IAT II certification
• CCNA certification
• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in network engineering and administration
• CCNP certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
