Your expertise will drive continuous improvement in LANs, WANs, unified communications, video telecommunications, and streaming services, shaping the future of enterprise communications. Responsibilities:
As a Tier 2 Network Administrator, you will:
• Coordinate with NOC and Operational staff to manage network changes, upgrades, and installations
• Perform switch and router installations and upgrades to ensure smooth enterprise operations
• Execute network site surveys and support engineering design data calls
• Conduct system patching, including IAVA patches for network routers and switches
• Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network operations
• Implement approved minor network changes (VLAN, ACL, and port assignments)
• Troubleshoot system failures and accessibility issues within the network
• Support new and enhanced network implementations and technical refresh projects
• Work independently, especially in remote locations, solving complex network problems
• Perform root cause analyses and develop technical resolution reports for critical outages
• Manage the full lifecycle of network tickets, from categorization to resolution
• Configure and maintain network monitoring systems
• Travel to other sites for on-site support and project implementation (up to 50% CONUS travel)
Qualifications:
Required:
• IAT II certification
• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in network administration and engineering
• CCNA certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
