Job Description
Candidate will provide technical expertise in the development, planning, and implementation of TCTDs. Duties include oversight of assigned F-35 TCTD Authors responsible to produce and deliver Unit and Depot level maintenance TCTDs for the F-35 Lightning and its support functions. You will build, grow, and maintain a strong TCTD authoring team together with the TCTD Team Manager. Selected leads will provide personnel assignments, training and growth opportunities, and productive job experiences. Must be able to mediate and provide direction when necessary for problem resolution during TCTD development, verification and while in execution in the field. Requires a working knowledge of the F-35 Change Process.
The candidate will work alongside TCTD authors and the Lockheed Martin TCTD Technical Lead to monitor schedule adherence, assignments, workloads, and Action Requests (ARs). Will lead a variety of engineering services functions that could include technical publications, document control, data base management, scheduling of priority datasets or similar engineering support activities. The candidate selected will ensure the timely, thorough, and accurate completion of all TCTDs to meet field urgency.
The selected candidate will also assist upper management in identifying potential new products or business as well as defining program requirements; ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Selected individual will have constant pursuit of process improvement and always seek more efficient ways to operate. The candidate will supervise a team of technical professionals to include their initial hiring, orientation, training, work assignments, performance evaluations, and time sheet approvals.
Technical requirements:
Selected candidate will be able to determine and support TCTD planning elements: Engineering Scope, repair and/or replacement procedures, team size, skill composition, equipment tooling assessment, maintenance level, TCTD authoring assessment, and Out-of-Service times. Selected lead will support Change Integration through and PAIR Boards.
TCTDs development requires constant engagement and coordination amongst required stakeholders such as Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, applicable Integrated Product Teams (IPT's), Lightning Support Team (LST) and country partners, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Customers, and Tier III teaming partners BAE Systems UK, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
A.S. in Aerospace, Engineering, Aviation Mgt, or related technical field with a minimum of 6yrs related experience. Education requirement may be waived based on specific /related job experience.
F-35 program experience highly desired
Understanding of F-35 or similar aircraft modification programs
Knowledge of Production Asset Inspection Requirements (PAIRs)
US military aircraft maintenance /maintenance management
Eligible US security clearance
Experience utilizing F-35 tools such as: JTD, PDM, JDL, VAS, Atlas, LDM, Vista, LIST, etc...
Full complements of MS Office tools
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with Lean / Six Sigma concepts
A&P license
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Inspection TCTDs: Provide solutions developing Immediate, Urgent, Safety and Routine One-Time inspection /repair solutions/ TCTDs IAW: Production Asset Inspection Requirements (PAIRs), Government Furnished Instructions (GFI), Notice of Escapes (NOE), Forced Retrofit, Fast Track Change Requests (CR), Quarterly PAIR baselines and Analytical Condition Inspections (ACI). Will attend Engineering Review Boards (ERB), ACI Events, Engineering and Sustainment Boards
