Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with systems engineering, including complex engineering concepts and delivery
- 5+ years of experience in support of DoD organizations
- 5+ years of experience leading an engineering team in conceiving, planning, and c ond ucting analysis and execution planning for complex te chn ological problems of considerable scope
- Experience leading strategic outreach efforts to other government agencies, programs, and resources that can enhance the program relevant to the complexity of systems integration
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science field
Nice If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience providing rapid prototyping or development
- 5+ years of experience performing Test and Evaluation activities
- Experience integrating Situational Awareness ( SA ) te chn ologies and capabilities
- Experience working with UMC organization
- Knowledge of the product TAK, iTAK, ATAK, or eTAK
- TS/SCI clearance
