Product Lead
Key Role:
Enga ge directly with stakeholders across DoD or Joint services and agencies to build, manage, and execute product roadmap for CBRN support to Joint Command and Control ( JADC2 ) systems. Drive capture, client e nga gement, capability development, budget , and pipeline for prototyping projects and programs. Manage strategic and business decisions related to product or product group creation, development, positioning, and marketing. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both firm and te chn ical competencies.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- Experience integrating CBRN and C WMD systems and sensors into command and control solutions, including TAK or ATAK C2 te chn ologies
- Knowledge of system architectures, agile sof tware development, sof tware estimation, program planning, and product roadmaps
- Ability to define business case, financing requirements, budget s, key results, and outcomes
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, including Computer Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience rapidly identifying, integrating, and demonstrating commer cia l-off-the-shelf hardware and sof tware into Minimal Viable Product demonstrations
- Experience defining and managing labor, product, and te chn ical maturation costs to ensure products are fit for use and fit for purpose in accordance with client requirements
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute client-facing demonstration of products and systems to align vision with execution and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
- CISSP, CSEP, PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Certi cia tion
