Operations and Effects Integrator
The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our client's most complex problems-and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
As an Operations and Effects Integrator, you'll bring your consulting, strategic, tactical, technical, and military decision-making process (MDMP), expertise to work alongside thought leaders in a Combatant Command branch. You'll use your skills and expertise to guide the work we do for your client and the solutions we deliver for operational planning. You'll help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of joint fires and effects, you'll recommend entities for development and integration into fire battle rhythm events and Joint Cycles. Understand non-kinetic synchronization, integration, and phasing for a layering of effects for Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs). As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure.
You'll share your expertise with other integrators through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our clients, so you'll have the resources to learn new skills and tools.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience conducting all-source analysis, fires, and non-kinetic operations or analysis
- Knowledge of EMS operations and integration of EW, space, cyber, and intelligence at the operational, strategic, or national level
- Ability to apply systems analysis and tradecraft to make non-kinetic recommendations and drive decisions
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience at a Combatant Command
- Experience with target development
- Experience with Joint Publication 3-60
- Experience with the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT), Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), or Master Air Attack Plan (MAPP) Toolkit
- Knowledge of electronic warfare systems and capabilities
- Graduate of the Joint Targeting School, the US Air Force Targeting IFTU, or completion of a DoD Planner's Course
- Project Management Professional Certification
