Providing exemplary service as a Sr. Intelligence Analyst/Targeting SME at the Combatant Command (CCMD) level. Seeking high energy and a highly organized Sr. Intelligence Analyst/Targeting SME. Candidate will serve in the MILDEC Branch at the CCMD Level. The position requires precision intelligence/targeting support to facilitate Information Operations in the MILDEC arena planning, targeting data management, and synchronization of non-lethal operations and actions to achieve Commander objectives. Responsibilities will include conducting target development, assisting in the concept development for MILDEC plans, facilitate intelligence coordination, Position will require candidate work Monday-Friday with flexibility to respond to non-standard work schedule (i.e. extended work week). CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required. Candidate will ensure US passport is current at all times.
  • Conduct all-source intelligence research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence using intelligence databases and reporting resources, digital mapping programs, and research tools, to include Open Source (OSINT) and classified searches.
  • Coordinate with all-source intelligence analysts to support planning efforts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically and produce high-quality finished products, presentations, recommendations, and findings.
  • F acilitate productive information sharing and analytic outreach and develop collaborative relationships with members of the intelligence community.
  • Performs in-depth research and analysis on data and develops Influence Targeting Packages, adhering to tight deadlines and strict quality guidelines, using numerous U.S. Government databases.
  • Apply in-depth analytic skills to identify, assess, design, and report on highly complex order of battle, force structure, military capabilities, key military leadership, military policies, plans, strategies, intentions, and their impact on force developments
  • The Intelligence Analyst shall attend meetings and provide input and recommendations as requested.
  • Conducts intelligence assessments for Measures of Effectiveness on MILDEC executions
  • Brief senior Combatant Command leaders, planners, and member of the Intelligence Community and Interagency for deconfliction, working groups, and operational planning meetings.
  • Utilize Precision Influence Targeting, HUMINT targeting, and NSA Target Development methodologies to include socio-cultural analysis, utilizing personality and behavioral analysis, technological data analysis, and socio-political analysis.
  • Apply advanced network analysis techniques and methodologies to social within the human terrain and organizational structures to identify exploitable vulnerabilities for non-kinetic operations
  • Coordinate with intelligence agencies for the handling of and incorporation of sensitive compartmented information to support Combatant Command MILDEC activities.

Required Experience

  • BA or BS Degree required
  • 15 years experience in the intelligence field with 8 years experience providing intelligence and targeting support to influence operations with the CENTCOM
  • Experience in Precision Influence Targeting, HUMINT Targeting, and NSA Target Development methodologies.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting MILDEC Operations.
  • Advanced Analysis course completion.
  • Experience developing Command Control Communications Computers and Intelligence (C4I) type targets.
  • Familiarity with No Strike/Collateral Damage Estimate (CDE) Methodology and Target Development Standards in accordance with Joint Staff Instructions.
  • Familiarity with CI operational concepts and procedures. Familiarity with HUMINT or law enforcement operational concepts may suffice.
  • Experience in counterterrorism, counterinsurgency, and military leadership and decision-making of threat areas; geopolitical strategy, regional ambitions of target countries, military capabilities, strategy, doctrine, and operational concepts.
