About The Role
Radar Engineer - Junior Level
This position offers the ideal candidate the opportunity to learn, grow and gain hands-on experience in radar system design, development, and testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with a particular interest in radar technology and signal processing.

Minimum 3 years with Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field

Details
Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

About The Role
Radar Engineer - Junior Level
This position offers the ideal candidate the opportunity to learn, grow and gain hands-on experience in radar system design, development, and testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with a particular interest in radar technology and signal processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of radar systems, including hardware components, software, and algorithms.
- Support senior engineers in radar signal processing, including tasks like filtering, pulse compression, and target detection.
- Help with the integration and testing of radar systems to ensure they meet performance specifications.
- Conduct simulations and assist in the evaluation of radar system performance.
- Support the creation of technical documentation, such as test reports, system specifications, and user manuals.
- Participate in system calibration and field testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in radar systems, working closely with senior engineers.
- Stay current on the latest radar technology trends and assist in implementing new ideas or methodologies.

- TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly
- Strong foundation in signal processing, electromagnetics, and radar systems.
- Familiarity with radar simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink) and basic programming languages (e.g., C++, Python).
- Basic understanding of radar principles and technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Ability to work effectively in both team-based and independent settings.
