Description
SAIC is seeking a Staff Officer Task Lead for a Customer PMO office that will be responsible for managing personnel and administrative activities inherent to the operations of the office. Areas of responsibility include: indoc and personnel assistance, task management and tracking, meeting coordination including VIP visits, and administrative communications lead. The Task Lead will assist in development and implementation of the Program Management Plan and will provide technical editing support. This position interfaces closely with senior leaders from many offices both inside and outside the organization.

The Task Lead will assist in development and implementation of the Program Management Plan and will provide technical editing support. Duties include:
- Lead daily operation of the PMO team, monitoring progress toward production and output of goals. Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop strategies for accomplishing goals and objectives
- Interact with executives and staff at all levels of the IC, DoD, and the private sector
- Review content to ensure the quality of communications, talking points, meeting read a-heads, and executive correspondence
- Responsible for timely and appropriate action tracking for the PMO
- Provide full administrative support to senior PMO staff
- Develop and maintain a master PMO calendar
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI is required
- Ability to obtain a poly is required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within related field and 7-10 years of experience
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills and exhibited ability to remain composed under pressure
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment that involves balancing competing requirements
- Customer Service experience in federal and or intelligence community
