RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementation, operation, and support of voice and data communication networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Oversee the engineering, integration, and optimization of wireless and voice/data systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with government standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for wireless and voice communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- Provide technical leadership in the design, configuration, and maintenance of voice and data communication infrastructure.
- Supervise and coordinate multiple task teams supporting wireless and voice/data communications, ensuring project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with government and industry standards related to classified and unclassified voice/data communication systems.
- Lead the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of network and communication system issues, improving performance and security.
- Manage financial planning, staffing, procurement, and resource distribution to support communication infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and briefings on system performance, security, and operational improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- Eight years of experience in information technology, including:
- Three years of management or supervisory experience
- Three years of specialized experience in voice/data communications engineering
- Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Clearance:
- Must possess a Secret clearance
