Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Interface Analyst (Business Analysis, Junior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Arlington, VA location. The Interface Analyst will work in cooperation with the Global Financial Service Support (GFSS) interfaces team for the Global Financial Management System (GFMS).
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 2 days (Monday and Wednesday) on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements

The MIL Corporation seeks a Interface Analyst (Business Analysis, Junior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Arlington, VA location. The Interface Analyst will work in cooperation with the Global Financial Service Support (GFSS) interfaces team for the Global Financial Management System (GFMS).

Responsibilities
- Analyze incoming and outgoing interface files and messages, perform systems assurance and quality control on interface operations, gather and analyze statistics, and communicate results and issues to stakeholders
- Analyze file rejects and loading failures for continuous improvement
- Perform and support system testing, file transfers, data mining, and other methods to troubleshoot interface errors
- Support government invoice and payment processing in financial system, including regular testing and basic troubleshooting and reconciliation
- Provide help desk support to government agency users with respect to interface processes

Required Qualifications
- Must be customer focused and possess the ability to identify issues, analyze, and interpret data and develop solutions to user problems
- Must demonstrate a strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skill set to accurately document, report, and present findings
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees
- Experience working within a dynamic team environment
- Must have the ability to adjust to the fast paced and high volume of work environment
- Must be flexible as work requirements shift (on-call, work weekends, and extended hours)
- Experience with Momentum Financials or other federal financial system
