RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Conducts platform or hands on instruction, scenario-based training. Ensure students demonstrate understanding of subject matter through hands-on or written evaluations.
• Trains unit leaders to perform a risk assessment in accordance with current Risk Management Doctrine
• Guides the conduction and documentation of AARs.
• Stages equipment, set up classrooms, and maintenance bays, prior to the arrival of the students

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Skills: Platform instruction and course development
• Training: Training Development and Maintenance
• Certifications: Army Basic Instructors Course
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 3-5 year's experience in the maintenance field
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
