ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented oriented IT Specialist II to join our team in Waldmohr, Germany. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program.
*Important Note* : Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their VisaOnce an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract . If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing user requirements, automating business processes, optimizing existing information systems, and providing technical assistance in various areas of IT, such as platforms, operations, networks, applications, and cybersecurity.
- They provide technical assistance to the organization on existing and new technology in all areas of IT, including platform, operations, network, applications, and cybersecurity. They support customers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of strategy, doctrine, standards, policies, and procedures.
- They support program IT activities, including operations and management of the ACAS TO Management Portal.
- They act as system administrator for applications to ensure correct user accounts and access are maintained. They support software version management as directed.
- Additionally, the IT Specialist II offers end user support for business applications, including troubleshooting, documenting, and managing issues and enhancement requests to resolution.
- They support requirements collection from end users, drafting requirements documentation to address business needs and goals, and functional testing of business applications, including drafting test scripts, documenting results, and managing findings to resolution.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree ( High School diploma and 6 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree)
- Experience maintaining business solutions, including but not limited to SharePoint-based solutions.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related software packages, such as Windows and MS Office.
- Experience in providing end user support for business applications, including troubleshooting, documenting, and managing issues and enhancement requests to resolution.
- Three years of position-specific relevant experience.

- Experience in the defense industry
- 5+ years of experience
- International work experience
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a ( DoD) Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and knee.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
