Tyto Athene is searching for a highly organized and motivated Training Manager to support our government client in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS)/Student Information System (SIS), as well as assisting with various administrative and training-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update LMS/SIS.
* Act as a help desk for users, providing troubleshooting and support for system-related issues.
* Ensure users have proper access, credentials, and permissions within the system.
* Create and manage user profiles within the LMS/SIS.
* Register users for courses and manage course-related activities.
* Assist users in navigating the LMS/SIS, offering technical support and guidance.
* Oversee the maintenance and organization of the training SharePoint site.
* Ensure all training materials, resources, and documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Use Envision to generate reports on training and readiness status, including the status of Mission Qualification Training (MQT).
* Track and report on training completion, readiness levels, and other key performance indicators.
* Provide administrative support for training operations as needed.
* Assist in the coordination and scheduling of training sessions and events.
* Ensure all records and reports are kept up-to-date and in compliance with organizational standards.
Required:
* Experience with LMS/SIS, preferably in a government or military setting.
* Familiarity with the Envision system and reporting capabilities.
* Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide user support.
* Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, including document management and site maintenance.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working in a training or education-focused environment is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of five years of experience in training management, LMS/SIS administration, or a similar role.
* Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Compensation:
* Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $100K-$110K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
