PROGRAM:
Supports Constellation West's Prime contract for a DIA Program Management Office.
ROLE & TASKS:
The Data Engineer leads collaborative data interoperability efforts with IC, DoD, and foreign partners.
Manages and analyzes large and/or complex data sets.
Provides recommendations on data integration opportunities and data sources across all related capability development initiatives being worked on the rapid-repository system.
Advises and applies skills on various Defense Intelligence Enterprise and IC data management matters by applying substantive, analytical, operational, program management, and/or IC expertise.
Provides consultation and expertise and apply skills to the program staff on data analytics-related projects across the program.
Automates and orchestrates workloads across various cloud data environments in classified and unclassified networks.
Supports the development of rapid-repo system edge and cross-domain solutions.
Manages and oversees non-routine and complex projects with agile development teams as assigned.
REQUIRED:
Ability to work onsite in Reston, VA or at JBAB (DC)
DoD Clearance: Active TOP SECRET; eligibility for immediate read-into a Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) role
Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of relevant, demonstrable on the job experience (or a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a 4-year degree)
Certifications: AWS certification as solution architect desired
Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in IT or computer science desired
