As a Configuration Analyst Associate Manager on the FBM program, your responsibilities will include:
• The candidate will interface with the CDM manager and provide daily guidance to subordinates to ensure program execution.
• The candidate shall embrace and implement supervisory standards that are based on corporate values and guidelines.
• Experienced in working with the Navy to ensure that customer requirements are implemented
• Lead and provide daily tasking for Configuration and Data Management (C&DM) team
• Provide mentorship and development of C&DM team members
• Manage and Perform all aspects of Data Management Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) schedules, deliveries, and verification in accordance with contract requirements and schedules
• Responsible for providing status to program IPTs, preparing metric / status charts as required, work DM related issues with internal stakeholders, Joint Venture Partners, and customer representatives
• Coordinating informal documentation releases for management control in EPDM
• Support multiple Procurement IPTs
• Lead the review and retention of supplier data
• Manage configuration of supplier Statement of Work (SOW)/SDRL
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience as a team or functional leader in data configuration management.

• Experience with working on proposals.

• Understanding or experience with D250 submittals.

• Experience with Program Configuration Change Board (PCCB) and handling of Notice of Late Deliveries.

• Experience leading teams, developing processes and business requirements, and collaborating with internal and external management or customers.

• Experienced with using PTC Windchill software or other Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM) systems and/or tool administration; Livelink, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance, US Citizenship required
Desired Skills:
• Able to determine CDM contractual requirements in DoD Contracts, able to interpret Navy Ordnance Documents (ODs) and SPINST documentation, understands Contract Clins, and Program Directives (PDs).

• Oversee the timely monthly Contract Deliverables Requirements (CDRLs), and Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs).

• Demonstrated understanding of EIA-649 principles

• Contract and/or subcontract management

• Program planning and start-up activities for Configuration and Data Management

• Knowledge of and/or experience with Data Management: scheduling, tracking, and submitting data and working with data repositories

• Livelink / SharePoint or other workgroup collaboration tools

• Recognized as an authority in systems thinking techniques with the demonstrated ability to apply them to a wide range of sophisticated problems and train others in their application

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
