Description:
You will be a Configuration and Data Management (CDM) specialist for multiple projects across various product lines. Our team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our products' configuration and data management processes.
What You Will Be Doing
As a CDM specialist, you will be responsible for managing configuration and data management activities, including configuration management, change management, document control, and data management. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining configuration control of documentation
• Coordinating changes with various departments and stakeholders
• Managing and maintaining document control processes and databases • Handling and securing classified documents
• Conducting configuration audits and verifying baseline requirements
• Participating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and providing input on contracts and project requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Must be able to obtain Secret security clearance
• Experience with electronic data vaulting and digital data handling
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships are a must
• Candidate must have effective oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large group. Must be able to work well in a team environment and work well with various levels of management
• Strong attention to detail and must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient with and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of Contracts

• Experience with Product Data Management tools including Windchill
• Ability to quickly learn new software tools and processes
• Active Secret clearance preferred
• Knowledge of EIA-649, National Consensus Standard for Configuration Management
• Experience implementing and conducting a Configuration Management program per MIL-HDBK-61 (A), Configuration Management Guidance
• Prior experience with Software Configuration Management
• Demonstrated experience operating configuration change boards

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
