You are a highly skilled and analytical cybersecurity professional with a strong background in data visualization, process automation, and content management. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you excel at balancing multiple priorities while delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy. With expertise in Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, you are a proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and develops strategic solutions to support cybersecurity initiatives. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights makes you a valuable asset in safeguarding digital environments.

How You'll Make An Impact

You play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. By leveraging Power BI, PowerQuery, Excel, and SharePoint, you ensure seamless data migration, visualization, and reporting that empower stakeholders with real-time insights. Your ability to streamline workflows, improve user adoption, and implement best practices enhances overall productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop reports using PowerBI, PowerQuery, Excel, and Tableau
  • Support migrating current site data analytics collection to SharePoint site.
  • Address migration issues by rewriting solutions using the Power Platform
  • Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management, User Adoption, Governance and Change Management
  • Design, develop, customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
  • Maintain FAQs, Knowledge Base, and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Attend internal and external customer meetings as required.
  • Develop and deliver requirements and design documents.
  • Discover business problems, identify possible causes, and design quick and effective solutions.
  • Design and develop standardized Excel templates for the Requirements/Demand Content Operational Model
  • Design, develop, customize workflows and visualizations in PowerBI to meet customer requirements

Here's What You Need
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience with degree, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree in roles that require strong skills in Cybersecurity, Power BI Development or equivalent
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Must be a current resident of the Washington D.C. Metro area
  • Proficient in designing and developing solutions using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, PowerApps, and Power Automate to meet customer requirements.
  • In depth understanding of the capabilities of SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016 and Office 365/SharePoint Online, Power BI, Tableau, Excel to meet customer requirements.
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills; must be proactive and responsive to customer requests.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage time, project workload, and meet set deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently but also multi-task and proactively respond as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interface successfully with Project personnel and technical leads as well as personnel at varying levels of management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with sensitive information.

  • Previous work experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or similar roles


Work Environment

This position will be a hybrid role (office and home). The employee should ensure that the appropriate home office equipment is available to satisfy the requirements of the positions.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
  • Occasionally moves about inside the home or office location to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Expresses or exchanges ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly.
  • May move office equipment up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position that will require a minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours of work can be set by the individual; however, they should fall within the core hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Attendance at meetings or other events may necessitate a change in standard hours.

Travel

Travel will be required on an as needed basis and for business needs as necessary.
