About The Role
Peraton is seeking a Client Senior On-Site Project Manager to join our Operational Planning Implementation and Assessment Services (OPIAS) team of qualified, diverse individuals.
Position Summary:
Our On-Site Project Manager and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Technical Lead is expected to provide site leadership and expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment of information operations; creative use of information systems and information related capabilities (IRC); integration with inter-agency and intelligence community (IC); knowledge of and ability to develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information in the Information Environment (IE); and significant or key cultural considerations that affect operational and tactical planning, security, accreditation, risk assessment(s).
You will support our customer as the on-site project and technical expert who provides management, leadership in the design, development and delivery of Cyber Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and related technology-enabled applications, products and services within a technical environment. Responsible for managing projects and personnel supporting the advancement of new and emerging technologies. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level MISO-related directives in support of maneuver elements. MISO subject matter experts (SME) will provide counsel, guidance, and aid in applying technical skills to operational and tactical planning/execution, identifying and tracking measures of performance (MOP) thru attainment of measures of effectiveness (MOE).

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as the focal point for all Cyber Information Operations Support with the supported client at Ft Eisenhower
- Provides management of assigned specialists and work performed in support for the Command
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between Project Management Team, the assigned Information Operations (IO) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Subject Matter Experts and the supported client
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project and work/performance issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring daily work performance and for intervention and problem solving with on-site Information Operations and Military Information Support Operations Planners, and clients.
- Briefs Monthly Technical Status Meeting updates to DoD Customer
- Participates in meetings, conferences and technology related events and experiments
- Responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day-to-day workflow, and operating costs)
- Maintains communication with clients IRT to project status/updates
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of managing and performing analysis & interpretation of ongoing projects and personnel.
- 15+ Years of relevant and practical project management experience in lieu of formal degree is acceptable
- Full working knowledge of standard operating procedures and practices for the supported client.
- 13A Brigade and above Information Warfare Experience and/or Functional Area (FA37) or (FA30) career field are required career fields with Extensive Knowledge of service departments (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force) functions and their relationships to CCMDs to coordinate PSYOP/MISO actions in appropriate channels, e.g., Army, Navy, Air Force, or Joint
- Senior Level Knowledge in joint operational planning process, military decision-making process, and military campaign plan planning, targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level PSYOP/MISO plans and orders
- 4-5 years of experience managing projects supporting Department of Defense Intelligence and Information Operations at the Combatant Command Level
- 2-4 years of experience in supporting Cost Plus Contracts and working with subcontractors and suppliers in procurement of services in support of US Government agencies and military departments/commands
- Must have a current DOD Top Secret SCI with a current Polygraph Clearance
- Possess or be able to obtain a current U.S. Passport.
- Willing and able to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations as required by the program. (some locations may be hazardous)

- U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Service College Equivalent
- Recent Joint or Service Level experience supporting management of personnel supporting military information support operations combating Violent Extremism and Terrorism
- Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency with customer-based communication systems
- Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills; ability to create a positive and productive work environment
- Experience working with distributed teams and project management experience of large projects >$20M
