Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Capability Development Coord

Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Capability Development Coordinator to support the analysis and assessment of DoD Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities.

This role is critical in identifying capability gaps based on current and potential adversary threats and developing solutions to enhance Joint Force operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct analysis and assessment of DoD EW capabilities, identifying gaps in relation to adversary threats.
• Perform independent research and contribute to studies, working groups, and portfolio management forums within the Department of Defense.
• Develop and provide EW capability gap solution recommendations for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), portfolio management, integrated priorities, and the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes.
• Support military exercise design, modeling, and simulation efforts to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Engage in software development lifecycle processes, including research and database management, to support operational decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Joint Force operations at the Combatant Command/component level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in military exercise design and/or modeling and simulation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations or Signals Intelligence.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Basic understanding of data research and database management.
