Intelligence Planner, Mid
The Opportunity:

As an Intelligence Planner for the Joint Staff, you will use your spe cia lized regional and functional experience and your attention to detail to assist in the development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System. As an Intelligence Planner on our team, you will provide support for developing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the support of CCMD planning activities. You will provide input throughout all planning functions, from translating strategic guidance, through concept and plan development, to plan assessments and asso cia ted functions. As the authority on your target, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in the intelligence community
- Experience with joint and combined multi-domain operations planning, campaign and contingency planning, and developing and maintaining base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs
- Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs, including JIPOE, Center of Gravity Analysis, Enemy Courses of Action, and Annex Bs
- Ability to support and advise senior defense offi cia ls
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience supporting intelligence planning, including at the CCMD level, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting intelligence planning, including at the CCMD level
Nice If You Have:
- Experience developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and strategic documents, including the Joint Strategic Intelligence Estimate ( JSIE ) or Joint Strategic Campaign Plan ( JSCP )
- Ability to brief senior defense and government offi cia ls
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses
