We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Community Business Development Leader to support Omni Federal and our continued growth within the IC. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Intelligence Portfolio Owner, growth/BD professionals and executives on executing strategy to identify and win new opportunities while maintaining great relationships around the industry. Position Description (what you will do)
- Identify, Develop and Track opportunities within the IC, with a focus on but not limited to NGA, NRO and DIA markets
- Build, develop, and manage trusted relationships with key agency decision markers and executives to promote Omni Federal's capabilities and position the company to pursue and win opportunities
- Create and deliver effective presentations or proposals that address specific needs of a customer
- Collaborate with Senior & Executive leadership on company vision of the IC portfolio and contribute to growth vision
- Collaborate with SA's to provide in depth capability overview/success to potential customers
- Develop strategy for growth and assist with planning and executing within the portfolio
- Execute lead generation for Capture, and ability to run Capture efforts
- Proficiency in tracking potential opportunities and forecasting accurately on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Proposal writing skills with attention to detail, the organization and quality
- Contribute to the proposal/bid process to win new opportunities, expand in to new customer environments, and contribute to overall revenue of the portfolio & company
- Knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies
Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in business development and capture within the IC
- Established meaningful relationships within the IC across multiple customers, and leverage pre-existing relationships
- Proven experience securing full and open contracts within the IC
- Willing to travel as needed
- Knowledge of modern technologies capabilities and methodologies (Cloud, Digital Engineering, DevSecOps, Agile, etc.)
