Piper Companies is looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role working onsite 3 days per week in Austin, TX. The ideal Manufacturing Project Manager will manage and prioritize Manufacturing Change Notices (MCN) and Product Change Notices (PCN) to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities for Manufacturing Project Manager:
- Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the implementation of MCN and PCN, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, supply chain, GSM, and component engineering to ensure project success.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of change requests, ensuring the most urgent and impactful changes are addressed promptly.
Qualifications for Manufacturing Project Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of MCN and PCN processes.
- Electrical engineering knowledge within hardware products
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Compensation/Benefits for the Project Manager:
- Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays.
