This individual will work alongside software developers, testers, and senior stakeholders to ensure the agile product development is meeting stakeholder requirements. The Site Reliability Engineer will work hybrid out of Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities for the Site Reliability Engineer include:
- Deploy, maintain, and resolve and issues for the SaaS product
- Support releases and bug fixes, incident remediation, and write software and IaC
- Help develop deployment and sustainment strategies, and built out systems for monitoring and maintaining capabilities
- Interact directly with customers and product success teams to resolve any pain points, troubleshoot issues, and ensure capabilities are working as intended
Required Qualifications for the Site Reliability Engineer include:
- 5+ years of experience with software/platform development in a Site Reliability Engineer position
- Experience with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, DataDog, Splunk, CloudWatch, etc.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Unix/Linux, and Git
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation for the Site Reliability Engineer include:
- Salary Range: $130,000-180,000 **depending on experience**
- Full Standard Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k plan, Sick leave as required by law
