Primary Duties/Responsibilities
• Support USSTRATCOM J56 leadership in developing training plans, training program structures, and capturing user requirements to understand and operate new and evolving critical Strategic Mission Systems
• Develop training materials to include user training print materials, focused video segments/snippets, evaluation and pairing of technical and user manuals
Required Qualifications
• Successful experience managing learning projects from analysis through implementation to include maintaining documentation throughout the curriculum design project lifecycle
• Experience developing multimedia and virtual learning course development with a focus on hands-on learning
• USSTRATCOM experience, in particular, previous work in a technical occupation is highly desired
• Experience and understanding of USSTRATCOM mission sets, to include mission planning and execution will be a plus, but not mandatory
• Record of accomplishment related to training, planning, overseeing, and operating challenging programs
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and 14 years or more of related experience; or Master’s degree and 12 years or more experience; or PhD or JD and 9 years or more experience
• Nuclear Planning or operations experience is desirable
