The Team
The US Systems Engineering Offering delivers large scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000 to $182,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Perform complex and advanced architecture work in design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation in support of system development, engineering analysis and research
- Lead integration of processes and methodologies to ensure the performance of the total system
- Work directly with senior technical personnel, program managers, and external organizations in the planning, oversight, execution, and evaluation of multiple complex technical solutions related to a program's system and technical product development
- Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of scientific principles and practices in broad areas across one or more technical disciplines
- Maintain a liaison role for technical matters with staff and customers and acts independently on technical issues within his/her field of expertise

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years designing, evaluating, and testing complex system architectures
- 3+ years experience integrating processes and measuring performance
- 1+ years experience working with and briefing senior leaders on complex technical solutions and decisions
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
Preferred
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other comparable services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Degree in an IT-related field
