JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the design and development of ruggedized electronics equipment for the United States Navy
* Directly contribute to the technical and production success of our programs through hands-on technical contributions and leadership opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
* 2+ years of job-related experience OR a Master's degree.
* U.S. citizenship is required
* Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Secret security clearance
* VHDL / FPGA experience, Xilinx experience, Embedded systems experience, or C experience.
* Advanced knowledge of electrical and systems design is a bonus.
* Clear understanding of embedded micro-processing systems, FPGA Design and Verification using VHDL, and digital circuit analysis and design
* Collaborative, creative thinker with high proficiency in technical problem solving
* Team player with effective communication and presentation skills
* Experience designing high speed interfaces and complex memory designs
* Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
