You Have:

• 6+ years of experience with systems engineering, including model based systems engineering, and developing modern IT or network systems related to cloud, networks, or cybersecurity
• 6+ years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing technical teams responsible for management of IT systems throughout all phases of the system development life cycle
• 3+ years of experience conveying model based systems engineering principles, guidance, and best practices to engineering teams
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with modeling languages, such as UML, SysML, or BPMN, and modeling tools, such as Cameo Enterprise Architect, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or IBM Rhapsody
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, including DoDAF 2.0 or UAF
• Experience with performing in Agile environments
• Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry, systems engineering for C2 systems, defense communications systems, or the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN)
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• INCOSE CSEP certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
