Program Analyst, Lead

That's why we need you, a seasoned program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of United States Air Force acquisition programs. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Office Suite and regular interactions with Air Force program office personnel.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with program management within Air Force Acquisition Category programs
- Experience in funding, funding forecasting, Spruill charts, Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System, and the Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System
- Knowledge of Department of Defense Adaptive Acquisition Framework, Department of Defense Instruction 5000 series, Air Force, and Middle Tier Acquisitions
- Ability to be a self-starter and work directly with Government clients with minimal supervision
- Ability to display a collaborative management style and an inherent drive to deliver on commitments
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)
- Experience with Spectrum Management
- Knowledge of Technical Orders, Operational Safety, Suitability and Effectiveness, and Control Configuration Board processes
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
