Mission Training Complex Site Lead, Senior
Key Role:
Work with the Government MTC representative to ensure that all exercise and training requirements are resourced, staff is trained and able to support, and equipment is available and ready. Assist the client by mentoring and participating in exercise and training planning and preparation. Apply MTC subject matter expertise and oversee platform trainers, site administration, and technology experts. Apply knowledge and experience to demonstrate mastery of constructive simulations and implementation to support training requirements. Mentor staff to develop, refine, and improve proficiency on all MTC related systems and platforms. Oversee all contract related requirements at the MTC. Ensure site administrative requirements are carried out by composing or reviewing executive summaries, white papers, trip reports, and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience with training U.S. Army Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support organizations
- Experience working in an Army Mission Training Complex
- Experience with training Army units in command and staff environments at Battalion and Brigade, or higher echelon levels
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and regulations involved in supporting military training operations and processes
- Knowledge of Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS)
- Ability to lead cross-functional team to meet mission requirements
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience serving as a Mission Training Complex site lead or site deputy
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Simulation Operations certification
