Project Control Financial Analyst
The Opportunity:

That's why we need you, a finan cia l analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies , and regulations that govern contract finan cia l management to create and implement processes and tools which will be impactful to your clients.
As a finan cia l analyst on our team, you'll leverage your expertise in program control and finance to help your client meet requirements, ensure continuity of PCO operations for the Department of Defense Information Enterprise and Defense Agencies sub account, and help support key activities and processes by ensuring process or system requirements meet business needs. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies , you'll help your client develop well-formed requirements and you'll oversee the creation and implementation of finan cia l management processes, tools, and strategies to help our clients succeed. You'll lead Job Managers and Program Control staff in day-to-day program control activities.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with Project Control management or in a financial program control environment
- Experience in a government program or project control finan cia l management
- Experience using Micro sof t Office Suite programs, including Excel
- Ability to quickly become acclimated and maintain productivity in a changing or ambiguous work environment
- Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to understand and prioritize deliverables, identify and escalate risk, identify opportunities for process improvement, and perform responsibilities with limited supervision
- Ability to accomplish finan cia l forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends
- Ability to thi nk analytically and c ond uct trend analysis
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with finan cia l modeling, including funding analyses and cost and revenue projections
- Experience with proposal support, including resp ond ing to RFPs and supporting cost volume development for competitive procurements
- Possession of strong active listening skills
