Mayvin is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the United States Navy and NAVSEA Headquarters at the Navy Yard in Washington DC.
Clearance Required: Possess a Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Senior Program Analysts are concerned with the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activity's and agency's needs. Programs are typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks

Required Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 5 or more years of qualifying experience
Desired Qualifications and Certifications:
- Master of Science degree in a recognized engineering, scientific, mathematics, or technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- 10 or more years of qualifying experience
- Experience in directing progressively complex programs and systems of a technical nature with at least half of the years of experience in directing efforts involving management and/or supervision of technical and administrative personnel to complete tasks relating to the design, development, integration and delivery of complex systems for program areas such as Counter Radio Electronic Warfare (CREW), Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal (JEOD), Underwater Explosive Ordnance Disposal (UWEOD), Expeditionary Medical (ExMed), and Anti-Terrorism Afloat (ATA).
