Location: Offutt Air Force Base, NE.
Schedule : Day/M-F
Anticipated Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:
Duties will include:
- The USSTRATCOM J2 maintains organic intelligence resources to enable cyber operations supporting Command missions by maintaining awareness of specific adversary intentions, capabilities, and threats.
- Analysis and production results are captured in working aids, I&W alerts, intelligence summaries and articles, briefings, and other intelligence products.
- The contractor shall support USSTRATCOM intelligence processes critical to near term, mid-term, and long-term efforts for the Command and assigned Components/Task Forces.
- STRATJIOC requires All Source intelligence analysis focusing on characterizing adversary cyberspace capability as they relate to I&W, Space/Counterspace, threats to USSTRATCOM networks and critical infrastructure, and JIPOE as they relate to USSTRATCOM 80XX series of Operational Plans.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and NC2 access.
- The contractors shall have experience as an All Source intelligence analyst and demonstrate a full understanding of All Source intelligence analysis.
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience as an All Source intelligence analyst specializing and focusing on one of the Government-specified adversaries.
- At least 2 years demonstrated experience as an All Source intelligence analyst focused on the intelligence aspects of characterizing the cyber capabilities, activities, actions, and intent of one of the Government-specified adversaries. This work must have produced "strategic" All Source cyber intelligence, which is defined as adversary strategy, doctrine, capability and/intent that is appropriate for a non-specialist audience O-6 and above.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience as an All Source intelligence analyst supporting all aspects of deliberate and crisis action planning, conducting the cyberspace portions of JIPOE, including System of System Analysis.
- Demonstrated experience providing intelligence support to U.S. Combatant Command Joint directorates.
- More than ) years of relevant experience as an all source intelligence analyst producing finished intelligence from multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT).
- More than 5 years of relevant experience authoring or contributing to published intelligence products related to adversary cyberspace doctrine, capability, intent, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTP), threats, and requirements.
- More than 5 years of demonstrated analytical experience authoring products according to current DNI, USSTRATCOM, and DIA tradecraft and formats.
- More than 5 years relevant experience authoring complex search queries in IC databases, i.e., Think Analyze, Connect (TAC) or RMT (Record Message Traffic).
- More than 3 years relevant experience analyzing and evaluating changes in adversary cyber-space doctrine, capability and intent, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTP), threats, and requirements as they relate to adversary intent, use in space and counter-space weapons systems, and threats to IC/DoD space systems.
- More than 3 years relevant experience conducting extensive research and analysis of foreign use of cyberspace capabilities as they relate to space/counterspace strategy, doctrine, tactics, capabilities, and operations.
- More than 2 years demonstrated experience as an All Source analyst providing, cyberspace-related intelligence support at the Joint Staff, a combatant command, 3 or 4 Star service command/Joint Task Force.
- Travel associated with the task order is expected. (Approximately 10 trips per year). Should travel be required, contractor personnel may be required to travel as a passenger on military transportation into non-hostile areas to perform tasks.
- (REQUIRED) Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC) (or higher DIE Certification such as GPC-F) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire (https://dodcertpmo.defense.gov/IFPC/).
