Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Space Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Analyst to support the Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Center (JEC) at U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

This role will involve analyzing DoD space EW capabilities, identifying capability gaps, and assessing current and potential adversary threats to enhance Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct detailed analysis and assessment of DoD space EW capabilities to identify capability gaps based on emerging adversary threats.
• Perform independent research and actively participate in working groups, study efforts, and portfolio management forums within the DoD.
• Support the development of future space EW concepts, strategies, and operational plans, informing electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) policy.
• Represent USSTRATCOM JEC as a space EW subject matter expert (SME) in various DoD forums, contributing expertise to shape JEMSO initiatives.
• Collaborate with JEC leadership and technical experts to provide analysis and recommendations on space EW capabilities.
• Assess offensive and defensive space control EMS capabilities, identifying strengths, weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.
• Conduct analysis of space EW weaknesses and develop mitigation strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree ideally in aerospace engineering, physics, electrical engineering, or a related STEM field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in space electromagnetic warfare or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in space electromagnetic spectrum analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding in statistical analysis and methodologies.
• Comprehension of space electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Understanding of JCIDS and PPB cycle.
