Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Strategic Planner - Offutt, AFB; Mu

Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Space Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Strategic Planner to support the Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) Center at U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

This position will contribute to the development of future EW and EMSO concepts, strategies, and policies while engaging with key stakeholders across the Department of Defense (DoD) and multinational partners to ensure effective spectrum operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and refine future EW concepts, strategies, and operational plans in alignment with USSTRATCOM objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) and EW to influence policy development and decision-making.
• Engage with DoD, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Department of State (DoS), Joint Staff, Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Combatant Commands (COCOMs), military service branches, and NATO to enhance EMS capabilities.
• Participate in joint, coalition, and allied forums to drive JEMSO readiness and ensure the integration of emerging spectrum theories, concepts, and technologies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of EMS program goals and objectives to support long-term planning and enhance USSTRATCOM's spectrum management capabilities.
• Develop and deliver reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding EMSO policies, operations, and planning.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromagnetic warfare operations or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tactical, operational, and strategic EW planning.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of joint doctrine and policy development.
• Experience as an EW operator with expertise in EW/EMSO planning, spectrum management, or operational integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and briefing skills with the ability to develop high-quality reports and presentations.
• Military or civilian experience in EW/EMSO planning and strategy development.
• Familiarity with USSTRATCOM mission areas and JEMSO integration efforts.
