Gridiron IT is seeking a Solution Consultant to support a federal program on a 100% remote basis.
Responsibilities:
Require junior to mid-level Sol Con with general Salesforce configuration experience, preferably with Public Sector Solutions and/or DocuSign forms.
Utilize configuration skills to implement field creation, validation rules, updates to page layouts and lightning record pages.
Understand and be able to configure flows based off acceptance criteria and technical solution.
Configure permission set groups, roles, and territory management that adheres to the security architecture.
Being an active member of an Agile development team, participating in all Agile ceremonies, updating task in ADO and continual improvement.
Experience working with various Salesforce deployment tools including manifest, SFDX, CLI and DevOps center.
Understanding of data migration tools like Data Loader.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $55-65 hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
