Description:Lockheed Martin Space is searching for an experienced cybersecurity professional to join the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Systems Security Engineering team. The selected candidate will lead a Cyber Security team in cyber risk reduction and compliance efforts supporting our strategic mission to securely enable the business.

This leader will work across FBM programs, contracts, and supply chain teams, ensuring that internal and external customer needs are satisfied through managing and coordinating specific Systems Security deliverables, including overall program/project plan, structure, schedule, and requirements. Although primarily technically focused, this role will have some functional management aspects, including coordinating team tasking, ensuring consistency across the suite of FBM programs, and delivering quality work products within budget and schedule.
Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar disciplines
• Minimum of 9 years of Cybersecurity Compliance, Policy or similar technical experience with partners or customers
• Demonstrated experience applying cybersecurity to deployed (non-IT-infrastructure) systems
• Significant experience supporting complex projects with multiple partners and external organizations
• Leadership experience in a team of engineering professionals
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining relationships across various organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Final TS
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Threat Modeling
• Experience with Cameo
• Direct management and supervision of IT professionals
• Minimum of 5 years in RMF
• Minimum of 5 years in requirements development
• Minimum of 3 yrs in system architecture
• Experience conducting performance reviews, mentorship and training
• Experience serving in technical or project leadership of cyber/intel teams with extensive experience with DOD regulatory requirements and associated industry standard as it relates to cyber security
• Proven ability to drive issues to resolution, which may involve direct interaction with senior leadership within LM and customer organizations.
• Experience leading diverse matrixed teams
• Demonstrated LM Space Business Area relationships and existing working relationships with other security
disciplines
• Experience with DoD Cyber regulatory requirements (ODs, DFARS, CMMC)
• DoD approved IAT2+ Cybersecurity certifications (CCNA Security, Security+, CISSP)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $114,100 - $218,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
