Responsibilities:
- Provide Program Management for:
- Acquisition Program Analysis and Support
- Administration and Communications Support Services
- Capability Assessment and Mission Analysis Support
- Financial Management and Cost Estimating Support Services
- Engineering and Technical Support Services
Required Qualifications and Certifications:
- Undergraduate degree or 15 years of demonstrated engineering or program management experience with a minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role
- 10+ years of demonstrated work experience in Program Management in support of DoD Program Management Office (PMO), Program Executive Office (PEO), or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in communicating, interacting, and working among Senior Executive Service and Flag level personnel
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products/ services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in business or engineering management related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM certification or 15 years of PM experience
- 8+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting acquisition programs related to Navy expeditionary or anti-terrorism afloat missions, Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) Electronic Warfare (CREW), non-lethal or scalable effects weapons, or NSW systems or equipment
- Prior military experience within component of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) or United States Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC).
