Description

Markon is seeking a Project Integrator to support our Intelligence Customer by providing expert-level integration support at the office level

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and governance support to Sponsor activities
  • Continually interface with senior leaders to prepare briefings and updates
  • Coordinate and respond to external and internal taskings in the Sponsor's action tracking system
  • Act as the main point of contact for the organization
  • Capture and track office-level decisions and actions
  • For the preparation of meetings, provide senior leadership with background information and talking points
  • Identify organizational process improvements, to include a plan for implementation


Qualifications

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI with FS Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 13 years total related experience
  • Ability to work with senior leadership across organizations to drive and foster seamless planning, communication, and implementation of the Sponsor's strategic goals
  • Demonstrates competence, professionalism, and communication skills across multiple levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise requests and responses to taskings
  • Demonstrates the ability to tailor information to a variety of audiences
  • Exhibits full awareness of mission requirements and the ability to adjust priorities based on demand
  • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills
  • Awareness of Sponsors' programs, policies and systems
  • Proficiency in the Sponsor's web-based collaboration tools, such as Confluence and HIVE.


Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
