Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a DevOps Engineer to support our contract with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

The successful candidate will provide technical and best practices use of Atlassian and DevOps tools in support of application directorates within CBP’s Office of Information Technology (OIT). Expertise in management and configuration of DevOps pipelines, guiding application development teams in the effective use of shared DevOps environments, and large-scale production environments is desired.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Administering DevOps tools, pipelines, and environments to support application development teams.
• Maintaining excellent service availability for supported services
• Achieving agreed upon delivery timelines and results.
• Rapidly troubleshooting and customer issue to successful resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience and a B.S. degree (or 7+ years of experience without a B.S degree)

• US Citizenship and ability to acquire a CBP Public Trust Background Investigation.
• Demonstrated understanding of Docker and containerized environments, including building, running, and use as ephemeral agents in DevOps pipelines.
• Middle to expert level experience administering Atlassian applications, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo.
• Experience supporting DevOps tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins, Nexus, GitLab, Artifactory.
• Experience supporting and deploying applications in a Kubernetes environment, including helm and Kustomize.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot DevOps environments and support multiple customer teams.
• Demonstrated initiative in a team environment, rapidly learning as well as documenting and teaching other team members new and relevant skills.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks and projects independently within a highly communicative team.
• Experience w/ Jenkins pipeline libraries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Salt, Chef, Puppet.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter
• Knowledge of development languages such as Java, Groovy, and Python
• Demonstrated knowledge of AWS and/or OCI concepts and implementation strategies
• Writing Helm charts to migrating existing applications to Kubernetes
