Valiant Integrated Services has an exciting opportunity for a Red Team Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (Operational Technology) supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Advance Red Cyber program in executing Red Team Assessments. Red Teams perform assessments from an adversarial viewpoint and use the full spectrum of identified adversarial capabilities, limited only by restrictions mandated by the customer and legal, safety, and security constraints, to test and evaluate protection strategies and demonstrate exploitation of identified vulnerabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Research, identify and creatively thinking about novel TTPs in OT-based cyberspace operations, exploitation, and industry and government developments.
• Other duties as assigned.

CLEARANCE: Top Secret (TS), TS/SCI preferred.
Required Skills:
• 4+ years of experience working with advanced cyber red teams which include adversarial emulation or developing TTPs
for offensive cyber operations.
• Demonstrated experience weaponizing and implementing n-days and developing bespoke persistence methods.
• Demonstrated expertise in OT-based cyberspace operations, exploitation, and industry and government developments.
Desired Skills:
• Strong industry experiences performing TTP research.
• Strong research skills, both utilizing open-source resources and classified intelligence reporting.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
• Typical office environment, extensive domestic and international travel, and extreme weather conditions. Sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
