Eagle Harbor, LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Training Administrator. This position will manage the scheduling of all the training rooms and delivery of the training services for the Training Institute.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Recommend additional improvement suggestions in order to increase the functionality and service excellence of the Training Institute.
  • Test, connect, and support video conferencing, calls, meetings, presentations as required solving problems with software, hardware, and logistics. Modifications to this contract and equipment shall be made when necessary.
  • Include training staff, instructors, and associated personnel on use of video conferencing equipment, computer-based presentations, projection equipment , and related processes, providing on-site support of meetings with advanced technical needs, room booking and all associated logistical responsibilities.
  • Provide management and coordination of audio/visual needs for on-site conferences and presentations.
  • Provide technical assistance in audio visual/video meetings and courses - including, but not limited to, loading, supporting, and projecting PowerPoint presentations to projector and large screen, understanding, managing, and supporting phone conferencing and including applications such as WebEx, Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect and similar computer and system applications.
  • Have a customer-focused mindset and provide excellent internal and external customer service since the position interacts with senior executives as well as employees and external instructors.
  • Make appointments , schedule rooms, use Outlook calendar, insert attachments, perform Excel functions, and write documentation clearly and concisely.
  • Possess demonstrated experience in the area of customer service, dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Position Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • At least seven years prior experience working with providing administrative support, equipment maintenance, presentation delivery, and logistics guidance for a training and conference facility or facility/role with a similar function.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and mastery with using Microsoft Office suite applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect and similar applications with the demonstrated ability to write clearly using appropriate grammar.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing using correct spelling and grammar.
