Responsibilities of the Data Analyst
EDC Consulting LLC (EDC) i s seeking a Data Analyst Consultant to support complex deliverables across multiple workstreams for the PACAF Air Force Civil Engineer portfolio. This role focuses on data analysis, business transformation, and strategy/policy implementation for a 180,000+ person enterprise. The consultant will provide leadership and stakeholders with detailed data analysis updates, facilitate meetings and forums, and develop actionable insights that drive change and efficiency.

The Data Analyst will:

• Provide detailed data analysis updates to leadership and stakeholders, participating in and facilitating meetings/forums.
• Develop and present meeting materials, coordinating and consolidating data insights for decision-making.
• Identify gaps in priorities and provide tangible, actionable intelligence to accelerate change.
• Assist in centralizing data and developing innovative ways to store, organize, and present data.
• Synthesize diverse data sets, mission areas, and operational imperatives to support cross-functional teams.
• Support ad hoc data requests, including data production, efficient data solutions, and in-depth analysis of priorities.
• Collect, review, and analyze data sets to develop recommendations and decision-support documents for leadership.
• Develop policy documents and guidance to implement data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain Air Force governance and programmatic documents to create consistency across bases in installation support services.
• Evaluate external organizations' work and provide strategic updates and recommendations in support of Air Force Civil Engineer Transformation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Must be local to Hawaii, with hybrid work schedule requiring in-person work at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH).
• Associate's or equivalent degree in business or data analytics is required.
• Basic understanding of the Pacific AOR (Area of Responsibility).
• Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Suite.
• Active DOD Security Clearance
