Assured Information Security (AIS) has an immediate opening for a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer Lead. This is on onsite position located in the National Business Park and requires an active TS/SCI w/CI Poly. In this role you will provide team and technical leadership in the designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging and maintenance of hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
You will apply your knowledge of security concepts and networks, while effectively communicating project status to leadership and customers. Ensuring compliance with software standards will be the primary focus of this role. The CNO Developer Lead is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and supervises and mentors staff.
Education/Experience/Skillset Required:
· Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and 12 years of relevant experience
· Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
· Proficiency in/with:
· Python and C/C++ programming.
· Low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
· Networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
· CNO capability development experience.
· Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
· Understanding of assembly programming concepts.
· Unit Test experience.
· Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
· Experience with CI/CD pipeline/DevSecOps development.
· Relevant industry standard certifications such as Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (PCEP) or C++ · Certified Professional Programmer Certification (CPP) a plus.

US Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package which includes employer paid health insurance and a 7% contribution to your 401k, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
