Job Title: Staff DevOps Engineer
Location: Remote - USA
Compensation: $180k-$225k + Equity
Clearance: Secret or higher

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tools to automate software delivery and deployment.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide documentation and self-service tools.
Ensure compliance with RMF security controls and STIGs/SRGs for AWS, Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.
Work closely with developers to streamline development and operations processes.
Contribute to the management of mission-critical systems within IL5 and IL6 environments.
Foster secure environments that meet compliance requirements, including DoD IT environment and FedRamp processes.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
Proficiency in AWS, VMWare, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Ansible, Terraform, and Linux.
Expereince with DoD compliance requirements, including CMMC 2.0.
Strong command-line skills and experience with automation tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with developers and engineering teams.
An active Secret clearance or higher
