Salesforce Manager

Work you'll do

• Defining the overall architecture and technical vision for Salesforce projects.
• Creating high-level architectural specifications and ensuring feasibility within Salesforce.
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate Salesforce technologies and frameworks.
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to Salesforce development teams.
• Ensuring that the Salesforce architecture meets all requirements for performance, scalability, and security.
• Staying current with Salesforce industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Consulting experience or relevant industry experience
• Functional Requirements gathering experience
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Salesforce implementation and/or project experience
• Experience writing user stories
• Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Teams
• Able to direct multiple team members towards deliverable and milestone objectives with confidence
• Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal
• Agile Software Development Methodology experience
• Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

• Salesforce or CRM SaaS Solutions experience
• Agile Project Management
• Scrum Master Certified
• SDLC Scrum Process knowledge
• Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts
