The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Specialist with an active Secret Security Clearance to support an Army Project Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing and supporting daily IT and communications functions, working closely with the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) at Fort Belvoir.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert desktop support and troubleshooting for a multi-organizational environment
  • Deploy and configure physical and virtual desktops
  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues for desktops, laptops, monitors, and docking stations
  • Manage data recovery, file decryption, and permission troubleshooting
  • Install and support end-user applications and certificates
  • Liaise with Network Enterprise Center (NEC) for access requests, port security, and ticket management
  • Assist with software license management and hardware/software procurement
  • Support mobile device activation and management
  • Provide operator-level support for VTC equipment


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant IT support experience
  • Proficiency in Windows desktop OS, Dell hardware, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Desired:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Security+ certification
  • Experience supporting Army Project or Product Manager offices

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$64,400 - $135,100
