Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead in monitoring and actively managing VTC calls for senior leaders as part of a white-glove service.
- Provide both active and passive monitoring of scheduled SIPR and NIPR VTC calls under the supervision of the lead.
- Provide standard VTC maintenance
- Provide technical support for VTC update software installation and configuration issues and provide resolution
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3 years of similar experience
- Secret Clearance and IAT level 2
