NewGen is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze transformation requirements, provide strategic updates and recommendations to leadership in support of the Air Force Civil Engineer Transformation, enable organizational change management, facilitate policy and program integration efforts.
Duties:
• Identify gaps in priorities and demonstrate ways to encourage new endeavors to client; tangible and actionable intel to accelerate change.
• Assist with centralizing data and developing unique ways to house and present data.
• synthesize different and unique data sets, mission areas, and other operational imperatives.
• Collect, review and analyze data sets and create recommendations and decision support documents to help leaders make changes to support PACAF priorities.
• Ability to develop policy documents and guidance to implement recommendations.
Required skills/Level of Experience :
• DoD Secret Clearance
• Associate's or equivalent degree in business or data analytics
