Location: On-site in Bethesda, MD with some travel to Ft. Meade
This position will lead and manage security services and related operations for an assigned Client Contract. This role is crucial in ensuring client service excellence and problem resolution while meeting all contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include operational effectiveness, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional client service and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training of security personnel
• Track deliverables and demonstrate a strong process orientation
Our Ideal Candidate:
US citizenship preferred
At least 21 years old
Ability to acquire and maintain specific government/agency clearances and/or access requirements
Experience in managing security services and related operations and procedures
High level of integrity and exceptional judgment in all situations
Knowledge of federal and state laws related to weapons and licensing
Proven ability in client service and problem resolution
Excellent communication skills
Adept in training, coaching of staff and ensuring post standards are met
